BG SPECS FOR SUNDAY, FEB 14
GENERAL NOTE: Part of our days work will take place outside. Everyone, regardless of your role, should make sure to bring thermals/long johns to layer under your costume. Also, please bring outer wear that will work with the description of the characters that you are playing. For example, if you are an AUSTIN FAN/CONCERT GOER make sure your coat works with your western clothing. If you are EVENT SECURTIY, then the best coat for you would be a solid black coat. Bring extra socks for warmth and bring skull caps/toboggins/caps to keep your head warm while not on camera. Make sure the shoe options that you bring will accomodate socks and are not open-toe. Ladies, bring tights and hose to layer up under jeans and skirts.
AUSTIN EVENT SECURITY

EMTs and DALLAS POLICE
You will be given uniforms by the costume dept. Please bring a white crew neck tee, black socks and black shoes. Black lace hard leather, all black sneakers or all black work boots.
DOCTORS
Please bring options. Button front dress shirts or blouses in pale colors and shades. Dark pants or skirts. Appropriate shoes for these clothes. If you wear these you will be given a lab coat. You should also bring sneakers and long sleeve tees in a pale/light color should the costume department decide to put the doctors in scrubs.
NURSES/ORDERLIES
You will be given scrubs to wear. Please bring things that could be layered under or over scrubs to lessen the "summer" look. Ex. Long sleeve tees or cardigans in faded or light colors. Please bring sneakers or other hospital appropriate shoes to wear with your scrubs. Please do not wear dark underthings.

Please bring all of your riding/bike gears so that we will have plenty of choices and the opportunity to dress everyone a bit differently. The only thing that we have to be concerned with are the obvious logos. I know that the Harley Davidson logo is prevelant, but we have not gained clearance. So for shirts and blouses(if applicable) grey tees, black tees and others that may have a smaller logo that could be hidden with a vest or jacket would be great.
WAITRESSES
Please bring denim skirts or minis, tight blue jeans and boots. Also little black tees or little grey tees without logos. Also, some button front shirts in chambray, denim or plaids that we could possibly tie in the front would be great. It is a biker bar, so keep that in mind. Cowboy boots would be great if you have them or other styles of knee hi boots. But please also bring sneakers. Also, cowboy belts with buckles would be great if you have them.
TRUCKERS

EVERYONE SHOULD MAKE SURE THAT THEY BRING OR WEAR THERMAL/SILK UNDERWEAR FOR WARMTH AS IT WILL BE COLD OUTSIDE. LADIES, BRING OR WEAR TIGHTS OR HOSE SO THEY CAN GO UNDER JEANS/SKIRTS FOR WARMTH. ALSO, WHEN CHOOSING OPTIONS FOR YOUR INDIVIDUAL CHARACTERS, BRING THINGS THAT CAN WORK AS A LAYERED LOOK.

Also, cowboy hats, cowboy boots and cowboy belts with buckles. Don't forget your long underwear/thermals/tights & hose. Also bring extra socks for warmth. Most jean and leather jackets are not very warm, and most down coats don't look very western. So, make sure you bring things to layer under the lighter jackets that are more appropriate for this look.
DALLAS POLICE
You will be fit with rental uniforms from the costume dept. Make sure your voucher is complete and ready to hand to a costumer when you get your uniform. You will need to bring a white tee, black socks and black shoes. The shoes can be a lace up hard leather shoe or an all black tennis shoe. Don't forget your long johns/thermals and extra socks for warmth.
MAKE UP/HAIR/WARDROBE STYLISTS
Please bring options. Trendy, hip clothes that look comfortable enough for traveling. Skirts, slacks, jeans, sweaters, light jackets and dresses. Please bring tights in case we need them. Colors should not be too bright. Please remember to bring things that you can layer to keep warm.

EVERYONE SHOULD MAKE SURE THAT THEY BRING OR WEAR THERMAL/SILK UNDERWEAR FOR WARMTH AS IT WILL BE COLD OUTSIDE. LADIES, BRING OR WEAR TIGHTS OR HOSE SO THEY CAN GO UNDER JEANS/SKIRTS FOR WARMTH. ALSO, WHEN CHOOSING OPTIONS FOR YOUR INDIVIDUAL CHARACTERS, BRING THINGS THAT CAN WORK AS A LAYERED LOOK.
WHILE CHOOSING OPTIONS FOR YOUR INDIVIDUAL CHARACTERS, PLEASE CHOOSE OUTERWEAR/COATS THAT ARE APPROPRIATE SO THEY CAN BE WORN ON CAMERA. DONT FORGET SOCKS AND YOU MIGHT WANT TO BRING AN EXTRA PAIR.
DALLAS EVENT SECURITY
Please bring black pants, black belt and black shoes. If you have a solid black short sleeve polo shirt with no design or logo please bring that. If you have a solid long sleeve black tee, please bring. Dont forget long johns/thermals because you will not have jackets.
PAPARAZZI
Please bring options. Jeans, cargo pants, khakis, dark denim jeans, cords. Long and short sleeve tees for layering, hoodies, pullovers, vests and jackets. Keep in mind the look when you pick which coat to wear for the day. The look is layered, and that will also help to keep you warm.
Good colors are black,navy, grey, tan, olive green, browns, burgandy. The colors should not be too bright. Don't forget extra socks and long underwear/thermals for warmth.
DALLAS VENUE FANS
Please bring options. This is a country music concert look. Western shirts, jeans, cords, denim skirts, denim jackets, cord jackets, suede vests and jackets. Also, cowboy hats, cowboy boots and cowboy belts with buckles. Don't forget your long underwear/thermals/tights & hose. Also bring extra socks for warmth. Most jean and leather jackets are not very warm, and most down coats don't look very western. So, make sure you bring things to layer under the lighter jackets that are more appropriate for this look.
DALLAS POLICE
You will be fit with rental uniforms from the costume dept. Make sure your voucher is complete and ready to hand to a costumer when you get your uniform. You will need to bring a white tee, black socks and black shoes. The shoes can be a lace up hard leather shoe or an all black tennis shoe. Don't forget your long johns/thermals and extra socks for warmth.
MAKE UP/HAIR/WARDROBE STYLISTS
Please bring options. Trendy, hip clothes that look comfortable enough for traveling. Skirts, slacks, jeans, sweaters, light jackets and dresses. Please bring tights in case we need them. Colors should not be too bright. Please remember to bring things that you can layer to keep warm.
CREW VAN DRIVER/TOUR BUS DRIVER
